Terms of use

1. The service

Re:bot is a Windows program that automates actions in the Medivia client based on the user's settings. The license grants the right to use the program and to receive updates during the contracted period, on one computer.

2. Game rules and risks

Online servers and games commonly prohibit automation programs. By using Re:bot, you declare that you know the rules of the server where you play and you fully assume the risk of suspension, ban, or loss of items and accounts. Volgin Teck is not responsible for penalties applied by third parties.

3. License

• The license is personal and non-transferable and is valid for one computer at a time; computer changes are made through support.
• Sharing the key, reselling, circumventing the license check or distributing the program is prohibited.
• Licenses used in breach of these terms may be cancelled without a refund.
• Free trial: every new account may use Re:bot for 3 days without payment, once per person, per email address and per computer, with no automatic renewal. Temporary email addresses do not receive the trial. Creating accounts to repeat the trial may lead to the cancellation of the licenses involved. At the end of the trial the license expires; to continue, subscribe to a plan in the customer area, with the same key.

4. Payment, delivery, renewal and refund

• Payment is by PIX, processed by Mercado Pago. Once payment is confirmed, the license key is sent automatically to the email address provided at purchase.
• Plans are prepaid and do not renew on their own; renewal is a new purchase, which extends the license.
• Under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code), art. 49, you may withdraw within 7 days after the purchase and receive the amount back, by requesting it at support@rebotapp.com. The license is cancelled upon refund.
• A chargeback or dispute of the payment cancels the corresponding license.

5. Availability and updates

Updates to the game client may require a new version of Re:bot and leave it unavailable for a while. There is no guarantee of continuous operation; long periods of unavailability caused by us may be compensated with license days.

6. Limitation of liability

The program is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Volgin Teck is limited to the amount paid for the current period.

7. Customer area and account

The account is created on the first access to the customer area, with the email address only, without a password. In the customer area, accessed through a link sent to your email, you download Re:bot, see your licenses, release the computer and change the key, within limits that prevent abuse. Keep access to your email secure: whoever controls it controls the customer area.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data follows the Privacy policy.

9. Contact and jurisdiction
